DANIEL P. SENCABAUGH, an associate of the firm, practices with a particular focus on the areas of administrative law, civil litigation, commercial law and construction law. Mr. Sencabaugh has experience with court cases and arbitrations, and has represented clients before local administrative boards including planning, conservation, licensing and zoning boards. Mr. Sencabaugh is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A. 2003), with a major in political science and minor in communications and media studies, and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2007). While a law student at Suffolk, Mr. Sencabaugh worked in the Offices of Public Relations and Web Communications at Tufts University. Mr. Sencabaugh is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Tufts Lawyers Association.
