NANCY J. ROOS is a graduate of Temple University and Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Roos was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1978. She concentrates her practice in real estate transactions, business, and corporate law. Ms. Roos is experienced in organizing various types of business entities, acquisitions and mergers, coordinating leasing and other real estate matters. She has considerable experience in commercial leasing issues including termination agreements, sublease consents, ground leases, escrow agreements, letters of credit, estoppel certificates, subordination agreements, licenses and rights of entry. Ms. Roos provides guidance to both landlords and tenants in all aspects of the development of shopping centers and office buildings including acquisition, disposition, permitting, negotiation of construction documents, leasing and financing.
