NEIL A. MOONEY is of counsel to the firm, specializing in trade regulation, commercial litigation, business transactions, new business ventures, and employment. He holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.B.A. (with honors) from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and a B.A. from Harvard University. He has provided legal and strategic guidance for high tech startups and has also worked as a financial analyst supporting new product development for a Fortune 500 corporation. Mr. Mooney served in the Massachusetts State Police for over seven years, including four years as a detective investigating financial crimes for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Mooney has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1994.
