MICHELLE-KIM J. LEE, an associate of the firm, practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law, land use, and zoning. Ms. Lee is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst (B.A. 2003 summa cum laude) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2006 cum laude). At Suffolk Law, Ms. Lee was the Public Relations Director of the National Woman’s Law Student Association, an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and Associate Managing Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, where she published “Gestational Carrier Agreements: Massachusetts Recognition of the Parties’ Choice of Law.” She was also the award-winning essayist in the 2006 Inker Family Law Essay Series. At Suffolk Law, Ms. Lee was the recipient of the Trustee Merit Scholarship and was awarded the Best Oral Advocate Award in Legal Practice Skills. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Lee also serves as a Steering Committee Member of the UMASS Amherst Alumni Club of Greater Boston.
